Martin Rico has deep roots in the tech startup scene as the founder of Inspired eLearning and board director of Jungle Disk. After selling a majority stake in his tech company, he’s turned his sights on his passion for beautiful architecture and sustainable design.
Shana has over 20 years of financial management experience. Throughout her career, she’s consistently been placed in trusted roles managing tens of millions of dollars. She keeps our financial house in order (with a smile!) and interfaces with our external CPA at RSM.
Steve is a veteran real estate sales executive with ten years’ experience and millions of dollars in sales. His successful career has been built on high integrity and a high level of service.
Senior Construction Manager
Craig has over 20 years experience in all facets of high quality residential construction both in Texas and Colorado, most recently building luxury homes for Sitterle and Toll Brothers.
Asst. Construction Manager
Vince is an experienced project manager in both the commercial and residential construction sectors with a specialty in historic restoration projects. His degree in architecture makes him a perfect fit for Rosehaven's design-focused culture.
